Pattern Notes: I love how a ribbed hat just hugs your head and never seems to
stretch out. I thought it would be fun to put a twist on the old 2x2 ribbed hat and
add a few cables. Super simple to knit, a great beginner cable hat. It will become
your go-to hat, you’ll want to knit it again and again.
Size: Youth/adult small 17”-20” (adult medium 20”-23”, adult large 23”-25”)
Yarn: Plucky Knitter Primo Worsted 75% sw merino 20% cashmere 5% nylon.
200 yards/110g. Uses 82g (90g, 98g). Color pictured is Wool and Honey only available from woolandhoney.com.
Needles: 4.5mm/US 7 16”, 5mm/US 8 16” and 32” needles. Or your preferred
needle for knitting small circumferences.
Notions: stitch marker, tapestry needle and faux fur pompom.
